Q. How long does the jacket stay warm?

A. The jacket has three temperature modes, low; medium and high. Depending on which mode you use, the jacket will stay warm up to 10 hours.

Q. How do I wash my jacket?

A. Great news, your jacket is washer and dryer safe. Simply remove the battery, tuck the connector back into the battery pockets and wash as you would any other high quality item of outerwear.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. When your shipping label is created, you will be emailed the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track when your packaged is scheduled for delivery.

Q. What if I lose my instructions?

A. You can always download a pdf of your owner’s manual from www.dragonheatwear.com. Also, feel free to email customer service at customerservice@dragonheatwear.com and they will be happy to send them to you.

Q. What if I need more than 10 hours of warmth?

Q. Are your prices in American or Canadian dollars?

A. Our prices are in American dollars. We are based in Utah and ship out of Utah.

Q. Do you ship to Canada?

A. Yes, we ship to Canada for a $30 flat rate fee. The transit time is typically 6-10 days. 

Q. If I'm in Canada, do I have to pay taxes and duties?

A. We cannot say what the Canadian government will or won't do. In our experience, some customers are charged and some are not. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over this and are in no way responsible for the taxes and duties.

Q. Why is the return policy 30 days after receiving my order?

A. Sales of heated jackets is a seasonal business and our returns policy is written to account for this. We sincerely want our customers to have a satisfying experience and love their Dragon Heatwear product. In the event that you decide to return your jacket or gloves, we require that your item(s) be dropped off as the post office or shipping carrier within 30 days of receiving the item(s). This is so we have a reasonable opportunity to resell the item before the season ends.
